Finnish sauna
The heat classic from the far north. Relax in 85 to 95 degree hot, dry air until it gets too hot for you, then cool down in a flash in cold water.
It sounds harsh – but it does you good.
The switch from extremely hot to extremely cold stimulates blood flow and strengthens your immune system.
Steam room
This is the perfect place for those who can’t stand the heat: At a moderate 45 degrees, the steam room is only half as hot as the Finnish sauna. Instead, the steam room has a humidity level of 100%.
You can really relax in the humid heat and clear your respiratory tract.
Infra-red heat therapy cabin
The infra-red heat ensures that your body temperature rises consistently and gently.
You quickly work up a healthy sweat at a temperature of around 60 degrees in a gently invigorating way.
After the sauna, you can lean back on our relaxation loungers and enjoy some peace and quiet. Or you can make yourself comfortable in the rustic seating area next to the tiled stove.
In winter, our cosy little wellness paradise is open 3 times a week (Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday) from 16:00 to 19:30.
